I was one of the first 300 contributors to the plant database!
Thanks Leslie - I really like the parentage of that seedling, and will take it to KEYS TO THE KINGDOM, and APACHE SUNRISE - the seedling has a nice 30" scape to work with..

Leslie, thanks for the seeds, i will be checking the mail. I see your seeds are doing well on the LA...you have some very nice crosses---I am tempted.

Kim - The seedling has not been tested for northern hardiness, and may not be sent to the northern garden to test grow - it is an Evergreen, and both parents (SCOTT BENNETT X BLUE LAKE) are Ev, so i don't think it would be northern hardy.

This is and offspring of the first seedling posted yesterday......with Purple Sombrero in it's background it may have some semi - evergreen foliage plant habit, this one may be sent north..

Pruple Sombrero was a big hit at Rudy's garden tour, he sold out and had to come and get some of mine..lol

I would recommend Purple Sombrero to anyone who likes a nice edge on their seedlings, or just a nice garden plant, it multiplies quickly.

Another cross that has given me some nice seedlings is ...
