Turns out it's E. leuconeura (species name means "white nerve" and refers to the veins on young plants).

That one shoots seed all over the place:

Just going to let this week pass, let the heatwave pass, and will have to repot it..too jampacked already in its container. I am glad I took a photo in May and comparing it to Sept, now I see better what growing it has been doing. So it has grown very full all over..tips were smaller in May, more rounded and full looking this Sept. Been giving it frequent watering during these very hot days. I did not see it make any blooms this year yet, unlike what it did in 2016.

I have some old Euphorbias which might be " share-worthy".
There is the Euphorbia persistens with its bright yellow blooms in our NJ Summer. The little blooms have a pretty scent, similar to dandelions

Very nice pics, people! I like the time series, Tarev, it shows how the plant changes over the years. And Ursula, that persistens is really cheerful in bloom. Will, your new(ish) plants look really leafy and happy in their current location.

Seasonal growth on West African Euphorbias (leaves being generated faster than stem at this point):

I grow 3 different Euphorbia. E.obesa, E. susannae and the last one I have not figured out which is E. ambovombensis. I have had this plant since Jan 2018.

I have been growing this plant in a 40 gallon tank with all the Haworthias I grow.
It is potted in a soil mix of 3 parts coarse perlite to 1 part cactus mix.
I water once a week. I alternate the amount of water each each. 1 week is a deep watering with water draining out the bottom. The second week is a light watering with no water coming out the bottom. Then back to a deep watering / light, etc.
The plant starts to make leaves and they never form. They will shrivel and fall off.
It has grown new branches.
I'm not sure if I'm not giving it enough water or too much. I never seem to try watering more / less for a long enough time to tell any difference.
I did just move this plant out of the tank on Saturday to a south facing window I grow a bunch of cactus on to see if this is a better spot for it.
I have not been able to grow this plant well and wondering if anyone has any suggestions for me.

No experience with that plant. Some of the Madagascar Euphorbias are not as xeric as many succulents, to the extent they enjoy more summer water than your average cactus or South African succulent Euphorbia. Given how fast your mix drains, I would be watering twice a week during the summer. Of course that's not in a tank, it's out in the sun and the wind. But my expectation is your plant would act like a Haworthia during the winter in terms of water needs, but more like a Pachypodium or Adenium during the summer. In my experience (again, very different from yours) the watering frequency might differ 2-fold between January and July.

Do your plants know what season it is?

@Baja_Costero

Since my soil does drain so fast I've try more frequent watering in active growth.

Well... They may be a bit confused, with lighting.
I got lazy a few years ago and the plants growing in the tanks, I stopped changing the light schedule. Last year I bought some new timers for my lights to make it easier to change. Long story short, I did not bring my lighting up all the way this spring. I'll start shorting my light schedule next month.
This is what I have done in the past:

January - 12hrs (program 5) 7-7
February - 12 1/2hrs (4) 7-7:30
March - 13hrs (3) 7-8
April - 13 1/2hrs (2) 7-8:30
May - August - 14 hrs (1) 7-9
September - 13 1/2hrs (2) 7-8:30
October - 13hrs (3) 7-8
November - 12 1/2hrs (4) 7-7:30
December - 12hrs (5) 7-7

My watering is about to change. Going to watering every other week for a few weeks before I stop watering a lot of my plants.

This is all pure speculation (I have zero experience with artificial light) but doesn't it make sense to have actual short days (<12h) during winter? Maybe that little bit of extra light is helpful? Or maybe it doesn't matter given you stop watering for a while. I know that short days are a seasonal trigger for some plants. I am surprised you have to dial back the watering so far during winter given the ample light you are providing. Your plants look amazing, so keep doing whatever it is, but I am surprised about the winter care.

Euphorbia mammillaris var variegata today. I only have two Euphorbias and this one did really well this summer. It stayed in all day direct sun and managed all the triple digit days unfazed. I was afraid to do that last summer and when it got really hot and sunny moved it to light dappled shade. Not this year and as a result, the growth is a bit different this year. The arms are thicker and all the new growth at the top is sort of bulbous. The result is a denser plant and I like the effect.

Database pics from the past couple of months... first 2 pics are 6 weeks apart (it's a long lasting show).

This is how you harvest offsets from E. flanaganii quickly and safely.

The offsets on this anoplia x polygona are coming from underground stems, like the anoplia parent.

Leaves and spines coming out of the growth center

These buds have started to open recently and the area is loudly abuzz with small flying insects

3 different stages of cyathia development visible here

Took this picture to document the small dead (aborted) leaves that the plant puts out every so often, in order to grow more stem

Kind of odd that this plant is in active growth at the end of summer (after months of drought), but I'm not complaining. A zero water plant:

Crispate leaves and pubescent fruit

The whole plant:

Thumb of 2020-10-24/Baja_Costero/adf84d

I started this tree over 10 years ago from a cutting about 2 feet tall. Then a few years ago when it was a little bigger than it is now, I cut every branch off the main stem and trimmed the main stem to about 4-5 feet tall. Basically I just left a stump. What you might call pollarding with other tree species. And now it's incredibly branchy again and will be due for a similar hair cut any time. You have to hack this plant back or it will become a monster. Smiling
