We all three have our birthdays in November! Mine was on the 10th, but because I've been sick, I haven't celebrated it yet. Waiting to get well to do have my birthday lunch and have birthday cake (yum!).

Oops!!!

I got two things wrong!

First is DH's age. He's not in his 50's. He turned 60 on June 27 (I turned 57 on November 10).

And it's not OGM, it's OGS.

OGS stands for old guy (or gal) syndrome.

Oh, thanks for clearing that up Marilyn, OGS! That is way too funny. Sorry to hear that you have been sick and on your birthday too! I've been sick also, I guess it's just that time of year.. All better now, getting ready to turn 54!

Happy Belated Birthday Everybody!!

After almost making it through the entire year without buying a single daylily, I fell off the wagon a couple of weeks ago bidding on a few Nicole Harry Divito ( NDL) had on the LA. Won three: Micro Magic 8F, Blueberry Dreams 3F and Siesta Key 7F. Today I fell off again as I bid on some instant wins from Leslie Mauck (AKA Lalambchop): Get Off My Tutu 6F, and Mach One!, Db F!

I have to stop going to the LA!

I went to the LA this morning out of habit. Told myself that I need to stay away and closed that window. We already have too many coming in the spring and nowhere to plant them all. We have daylilies in pots from our October Region 5 meeting that must be planted before cold weather gets here. We were able to get 40+ daylilies from a special daylily sale this past weekend that must be planted. Their roots are in water now and no time today or tomorrow to pot up. I will have to move these inside for tonight because temps will fall to near freezing. I don't foresee much time before Thanksgiving to work outside. So you see, we don't need any more daylilies. Must stay off the Lily Auction!!!! Must keep telling myself this!!!:whistling:

Yes, I have the same issue here but on a smaller scale. I'll make a place in the early spring for the new guys before they arrive.
May day was the 8th and turned 55.
