Very pretty hairy Echeverias. I really like the happy clump, with the high contrast against the rocks around it.
For what it's worth, Bob, I don't think that second plant is var. deminuta, but another variety of the species. Var. deminuta is named for its small rosettes (usually about 2" wide). Its leaves have a characteristic club shape (relatively narrow, relatively thick) with few hairs, mostly concentrated in a tuft near the tip.
I think your plant is actually var. minor, which Pilbeam calls "all over ciliate," not that it really matters much in the big picture. Most of the images in the database entry for deminuta are also minor, so this seems to be a pretty common switcheroo at the nursery level.
