I just found this thread. I sympathize with what you are going thru. I am recovering from an auto accident (and still don't drive). Dealing with doctors/insurance/attorneys trying to get care was even more stressful than the injury. And you have to do this while in pain and out of work.

I got two roses from Melva in April - Veinchebleu (?sp) and Heideroslein. They both took off as soon as I put them in the garden.

I will boot up hmf and check your list for roses that live in zone 5/6. I already see some that I want. I'd rather buy roses from a friend, or at least a virtual friend, than a corporation.

Thanks for the spelling correction. It is a once bloomer, so I am looking forward to seeing its blooms in the spring. I have peen growing it on a post - a new experiment to fit more roses in the garden. So far, so good. It has a white clematis to keep it company.

I got three more bills today, so I have three more to work out a payment plan with...I need to sell a lot more roses!

I am overwhelmed with your list. More than I expected grow in my zone. I wish that I had room to plant them all!!!

Andi - Please don't let "zones" stop you from buying roses! Many of my roses are zones 6 & 7!! I think I have less than 10 roses that are rated for my zone, 5, and, depending on the weather, I can be a zone 4!!
