I don't have anything other than squirrels that eats whole corn. So I buy cracked corn. Usually the coarse grade. I only put out corn during the winter. In the summer they don't need the corn and I feed mixed seeds only. Winter I feed mixed seed and add corn.

Birds need these berries from the winterberries this morning. It is cold with lots of snow on the ground.

The mockingbird has been eating on them all day today. I do love the looks of those vivid red berries. Especially against the white snow.
