I think most of the country has some kind of disaster going on right now.Ours is drought.I spend way too much time watering and hate to see the next water bill come in.I don't know what's going on with William or Joe who usually keep us
in awe of their wonderful photos.

Good to hear from you JT, it is true everyone is in trouble either no rain or an overabundance of it, Farmers here still cannot get in the fields to plant, and I see we are in for it again from Thurs. till Monday, sever storms

We were cool with rain on and off and now its to 98 today, was 94 yesterday and the same for tomorrow with the dew points in the upper 70's lower 80's. Just a walk to the mail box has my shirt soaked; Tomorrow we're to have severe thunderstorms moving in and a cold front, dropping us to the upper 60's lower 70's and dry. Can't Mother Nature just find a happy medium and leave it alone till October?

On a different note, Charles Grimaldi has it looks to be 5 buds and the two noids have buds as well. So I may have some blooms soon. I hope.

Hoping they will do well where I have them now. A tad bit more shade especially in the afternoon. Hopefully I won't have to water more than once a day.

The pictures I posted up above? Do you see all those empty spots? They are crying for more Brugs, I'm thinking.

I have to curb it now, Ed refuses to enlarge the sun room and said he's not buying a second house to house my brugs. Enough is enough he said. He's just no fun in the hear and humidity.

Cece, is it unusual for you to be that hot this soon in the summer- seems high to me. We have not hit 98 here in N. Georgia yet. But close!!! Ugh, hate the heat but the brugs are growing like crazy now. Lots of buds forming, too, on the ones that have not blossomed yet.
I think your brug garden is going to be so beautiful!! You will have something always blooming out there.

Yes it is unusual for us this time of year. Normal highs are low to mid 70's. No thunderstorms as promised either. Course I did make a run to Steins. As I was pulling in the lot great big drops started. By the time we were parked and car turned off it stopped. That was it.

Picked up 2 Twist-n-Shout hydrangeas for 14,99 each, Brought them home and planted them, started watering the brugs and same rain situation started here. Great big drops. By the time I walked to the house and shut the water off it stopped. Ed laughing at me cause I'm yelling at the sky. Come on dump on us, I shut the water off......now water my gardens. The sun came out. Ed is practically rolling on the ground laughing at me.

I give up. It is 91º with a dew point of 72 I came in to dry the sweat and I'm not leaving the air conditioning, Not for anything.

Not JT here, obviously, but Cece, Joli is pink. And sometimes she throws doubles but she is listed as a single.
Congrats!

Oh thank you Brenda. I order quite a few brugs from JT last fall and again this early early spring. I wrote down what color each was, but do you think I can find it now? I know Flame and New Orleans Lady are double orange, and Sweetheart is a double white, and I think Delta Dawn is a pink as well, Can't remember what Rachel, Rosalla, or Lisa colors are.

I get so disorganized with paperwork this time of year. Always forgetting where I put it. It is usually right under my nose and I'm just not seeing it but still.............I so obsess sometimes.
