Julia, is it time yet to separate? Don't they look ready? Mine doesn't look as mature as yours and I am so anxious to start scrapping them out of the jug bottoms...
Spring and Lynn I don't think you have to separate each one individually - especially when you have so many...I think it would work to take chunks and plant those in pots and those that live do, and those that don't will become fertilizer
Guess you have to think about the fact that you only want the very strong to survive. That way you don't have inferior plants that don't perform well.
I feel the same way but if they don't get moved out of the nursery flat soon they will be dead.
