Yow! I don't think I could take that anymore. They are calling for 82 degrees and sunny here.

So pretty and the color of the grass feeds me. I would make a happy cow. I'm so glad to be heading towards spring instead of winter (although the orchids are so cheerful in fall and winter)!

IT HAS BEEN SNOWING ALL DAY!!! Pardon the shouting, I just couldn't help it. Everyone's gardens are coming to life, and ours is under newly falling snow. Bah Humbug. Grumbling

Now that I got that out of my system, your trees, flowers and plants are ALL beautiful! Keep the photos coming. Lovey dubby

Don't feel too bad girls. In "Sunny Southern California" March didn't come in like a lion, but the first day of spring sure did! Just when things were starting to look good, my garden got hammered with 50 mph. winds with heavy rain, and now we are back to winter temps, with more rain to follow Wed. thru Fri. morning. Hoping the wind dries out my orchids before the next wave. No serious damage, but everything flattened, and I didn't really appreciate the thunder storm (with hail) at 4:30 this morning. Guess we all have our crosses to bare...but like our flowers, we adjust to our environment. Repeat that last sentance 3 times... Hilarious!

Calm, clear and great temps here. We could use a little rain so send some, sans wind, our way, Carol.

Sorry Jim, last time I saw that storm it was headed NE.

My poor Epi had just recovered from last year's hail...Thumb of 2011-03-22/ctcarol/7d9574

Luckily, it's up against the north side of the house, so the wind didn't get it

We manage to get a few minutes of hail once or twice a year, but at least it isn't that golf ball size! Hilarious!

We had a hail storm here this year as well. It was the only hail I have seen in my 13 years in Florida. We have sky lights and it sounded like I was inside of a bongo drum. Hilarious!

The last few summers we have gotten hail and in the barn with sky lights it is very loud! I agree
