I admit I now think of it as Drunks at Sunset too. Your pics of Edge of the World - dang, the brown beard/blue falls combo. You have enabled me quite enough this year I have to say!!!

Got a few more pictures, but the sun is too bright yet for some, will have to try closer to sunset.

Here's a pic from a previous year shows it's real color, don't know why my camera knows the color one day, and not the next.

NOID Wish I know what it's name was, really like this ruffly one!

I've had that happen too. Wish I was more of a techie!
I have solved one of the mysteries.
Color Me Different

I was talking to a friend, and she mentioned that Color Me Different was in bloom. While she was discribing it I went to the data base, and checked it out, and low and behold it was my flower. Now I know where it came from. The marker only had kham visible. and it was hibredized by Markham! Somehow I hadn't added it to my data base. I was looking for a name that ended like that. Must have been one of the many senior moments. I have to take a new picture, it's looking much better after it relaxed some.

Some absolutely splendiferous Iris Tom!

I had 'Splashacata' bloom for the first time this year and would definitely put it on my favorites list. 'Moonlit Sea" did not grace me with a bloom, so it was nice to see your pictures. 'Mariposa Skies' has never re-bloomed for me either.

BTW..I can only spell hallelujah because it's the name of a song I sing... It's on one of my albums and been on countless set lists over the years.. I struggled with it at first, but pretty much got it now...

Oh Wow, Tom, and Wow and Wow some more! You have some wonderful irises. I have enjoyed drooling over your photos very much. Private Eye and Edge of the World are on my wishlist! Over here we are not even seeing buds yet. Tomorrow is the first day of Winter too. Thanks for the enjoyment!

Didn't know you were a "Celeb" Sherry, I sing too, When I want to scare the crows out of the yard! Rolling on the floor laughing Keep watching this tread, I'm just getting started, and have about 450 varieties. Not all of them will bloom of course.
Thanks Val, Private Eye is very nice, and so is Edge Of The World. I like iris with different beards.
I could see in the dark that I have a few more new ones open, I like to take pictures in the morning just before the sun gets too high, but I have limited time then, as that's when I should be feeding the animals.
