Muddymitts, Jasper is not registered. He is probably a quarter horse. He's built like one and acts like one. His previous owners said he was a quarter horse and that he was almost black when he was younger. He's small, about 14.5 hands. If I was told the truth, he's about 6 now, and acts it. "Teenage" boy to the max!
I also have a Standardbred. His name is Silver. I'm actually trying to find a good home for him. He is an awesome horse, and I like him a lot, but I have a total of 3 and it's really more than I can handle. Jasper is my horse, Silver is my husband's. My husband prefers to ride Kira, our older Friesian ministry horse that we use for kids and inexperienced riders. I take care of all of them, including hoof trims. I would like to reduce my work load.

https://shoals.craigslist.org/... Most folks here are interested in gaited horses or quarter horses. Let me know if you have any tips for finding a good home where he will be well cared for and used.
