Sherry, that was such an accurate description! I'm the same way, walking through the house, on these threads, walking through the garden, heck...doing anything, LOL. I tell myself it's a result of multi tasking, but I'm well aware it's just because I'm forgetful, LOL.

I can so relate! Added to the house and garden distractions, I'm constantly concerned with what's
going on in the studio...did I cover up the clay I was working with, so it doesn't dry out? Did I remember to turn up the heat in the bisquing kiln? Have we left enough time to get this latest load of pots finished before the
Mendocino Art Center's Thanksgiving Fair? Are the pedestals in need of paint? etc....etc....

This one was growing at our house when we bought it and it is still one of my favorites. Pic doesn't show the diamond dusting it has. Never got an ID on it. Shown it before, but never a clump shot.

That is a lovely one Ken! I am surprised how nice the lavender looks with the orange beards. I'm quite taken with it.

I noticed on the daylily forum they are very generous with the green thumbs for pictures, and that may be why they always seem to have their pictues among the favored in the newsletter.

Ken,

I just ran across a photo of an iris in the Blyth catalog on page 17 called Friendly Fire. It looks almost identical to your photo. The photo in the ATP database is much too blue...so look around for some other photos for comparison!
