Tarev, somebody is looking for update on your succulent ball sphere. I know you posted recent update photos but they may be too many posts back to find. Person looking for updated photos is posting on the forum, Succulent Containers 2012 (don't know why, it's 2013); probably got wrong thread. Got time to give new photos (again) of your big succulent ball planting to a few in the Succulent container 2012 forum?

Hi Bev Yes, I have posted on the other thread just now the updated photos..it was on the Succulent containers 2012 coz I started making the ball last year I was away over the weekend..sadly I did not make it to the cactus center not enough time..will try again next time whenever...

Gee, Tarev, let's start making a list of places/events that we want to go to and then check back to see if we ever made it there. I was going to the SFran H & G Show in 2012 and missed it and then it was for certain I was going to SFran H & G show 2013 and missed that but I know you made it...thank goodness somebody made it. Sorry you missed the cactus center but I am shooting for SFran H & G show 2014...

There is another garden located in SoCal which my aunt mentioned to me over the weekend..but it is located in Sta. Barbara..another one I would like to be able to visit and explore:

Tarev, where are you in this beautiful state of California. I am in Santa Rosa and your San Joaquin County covers a large area doesn't it?... but you say Berkeley is close? Please know that I am very lacking in geography and I guess I should check out what SJ county encompasses and take a wild guess...
Also with this season and upcoming one, it seems like the big and exciting shows are down in SoCal which are too far away but I have been known to go to Denver Botanical gardens and nurseries when I was living in NM...weekend trip with big car to haul the big stash home because one has to stop at the antique malls too!!

Tarev, just realized that I made have mixed up SJoaquin County with SJoaquin Valley which is really different, right? The valley may be made up or more counties? or not? Better look at google maps again...
Can you tell I'm clueless???...

Tarev your planter ball looks great!! Have any of you been to the Huntington gardens down near LA? I meant to go the last time that I was in LA, but didn't make it and photos always look amazing!
