Cinta, can you post a pic (maybe a new thread?) of your Kalanchoe fedtschenkoi - the non-variegated one? I have a plant I'm trying to ID, and I think that's it, but nothing else on the web looks quite like it.

This is a closeup of both of them together. The non-variegated one is the same color blue without the white. In full sun this one gets nice pink edging. It is the solid color in the bottom right corner.

Yes Sheryl it grows straight up if you are growing it in a pot. In the ground it grows straight up and falls over roots and travel. In its natural living conditions these would be considered a ground cover.

Finally got the shallow containers that I need for my new succulents..repotting mode once more..good thing heat wave is over!

Hey we almost made it to the Utsuwa Japanese store you mentioned before ..too bad they were closed during 4th of July...stores in Japantown were open, so I thought it will be open too. But at least now we know where it is now

Hope you make it in there someday. They have some unusual pottery too.

I got a good source for pottery much nearer to our area, where I get the shallow, glazed containers. They sell at wholesale prices so am okay with it

This is also where we got our fountain years ago. Glad we got it from them before, found similar fountain at a store in berkeley and they were selling it for over a thousand dollars...ah, ..that was nowhere near the bargain price we got ours.

Very cool plants, and containers Tarev. Those first 2 low blue planters are so nice. We can't get anything like that around here.

My Senecio articulatus is actively growing new leaves on new growth..though still a baldy on the older sticks..happy to see those soft triangular leaves back!
I feel like I have been forgiven by my plant for the full sun exposure I mistakenly gave it before.
