He does have a bit of a territorial look in his eyes.
I don't think he wants to share with the rooster.

Big Grin I have Bev. And soon you will be planting up a storm.

And Linda that rooster is going on it's 3rd year with that tiny bit of Sedum lydium.

Gigi, those little planters always bring a small/chuckle for me.

Thank you Cinta, I am glad to know he makes someone else smile. I have that reaction every time I go out on the deck and see him.

Holly I can't see the columbine, how big will it get? And which hosta is that?

I spent my day on a Bus trip with my Hobby Greenhouse Assoc today. We went to Oatlands in Va and Surreybrooke in Md. Stopped at a couple of Nurseries as well. Picked up some nice new plants quite a few are succulents. Here are a few pics of some of the containers I saw today.
I particularly liked this Jade tree in the strawberry pot. I just may need to get me a Jade tree.

These were also at the nursery and I was surprised to see them blooming, I have never seen these bloom before, very interesting.

Lovey dubby thanks for sharing Holly. Some of mine could not bloom because I'm too impatient.

Here's an update of my succulents and Dwarf Pink Singspore plumeria on the faux rock planter. I added Spanish mosh over it to give it an ancient look.

Hoping for a bloom this year, momma plant bloomed already.

What a fun trip that must have been Holly.
Love the succulent containers, and the blooming succulents. That looks like one I have and it has not bloomed in the 3 years I've had it. Maybe this year.

Gigi, I really like the way you planted the faux stone planter. And I can almost smell the plumeria bloom. Lovey dubby

I have some white pentas and white plumbago in a huge pot. I think I need to remove the white plumbago and replace with blue (that will be a job). T he pentas are spectacular right now, so maybe I'll wait until their peak is finished.

Elsie, I agree with Gigi. That pot combo is awesome just like it is. Drooling I wouldn't replace the plumbago. Instead, I would remove some of the white pentas and add another color of pentas or similar plant, if I wanted a change. JMHO. Whistling
