Oh, Lordy...that leads to yet another question! What is Cubits? As someone who works in IT, I know how easy it is to use terms the average Joe doesn't get. Consider me a real newbie to all of this Confused Thanks for your patience!

Sorry Nancy, I should have said on the website Cubits.

I got it from Mt. Pleasant Farms. I had never seen it before either, and thought it would be nice to have a lighter MTB. I think it is going to be really fantastic when it grows into a clump.

It will be lovely Leslie. I have my MTB's lined un in nice small clumps and with the tall thin bloom stalks rising above the foliage the blooms look like hovering butterflys. I did notice that most of mine are purples, lavender and blends of the two, which I like, but I need to add in a few brighter colors if I can.

[quote="Lestv"]I agree it is a good possibility. Does yours look more bluish in person? If so then it is worth your time to get Skywalker for comparison.

I think it was more bluish but this just gives me a real reason to buy more iris. Hurray! Sticking tongue out

But Santa can give you gift certificates or just $$ earmarked 'to supply your habit'. Make Santa aware........

You click "add to cart"
Then you come up with excuses...
if I buy it this year the faster it will bloom and increase (my favorite)
Postage is the same if I buy 5 Iris or 9 Iris (or 20 iris ot 29 iris) (my second favorite excuse)
It will really look good with....
I don't have enough of this color for this bed
I need it for the name (I've done that)
I really like that Iris X, so what's 5.00 more?

or.....
themed beds and it does not matter what the iris looks like
names of my grandkids and it does not matter what the iris looks like
I found an iris older than me and it does not matter what the iris looks like

its all good...
