Great groupings Roses r red
I love the gold and yellow hostas but the slugs just destroy them. I will have many lilies blooming with hostas this year.
I'll start a thread when there is something to post ,June comes to mind.

Another view under the pergola. The bench is our favorite spot in the summer, shady and cool with a great view!

Kit & Gary,

your gardens are stunning. How much land do you have?? I'd love a nice big yard.... maybe my next house.

Thanks everyone.
Kit and I spent a little time this afternoon wandering around looking. There are a lot of things popping up even a few hosta pips. Kit cleaned up a couple of the beds a little and cut down one of our grass beds. If the weather holds I will try to go out and spread a little ammonia around in the next couple of days. It's nice to be able to get into the beds. Before you know it I will be complaining about all the weeds.
Terese we have about .6 acre.

Does the ammonia bother any of the other shade plants that might be in the area?

Never has bothered mine. I use the 1:10 as a pre-emergent and later in the summer a 1:15 or 1:20 solution.
