I am glad to know this. I was going to ask if she had told you her name. She hasn't said much to me recently. Could be her head was removed above the vocal cords and that's the reason why she has been so hush-hush. I wish I was one of the West Coast Gypsies at the moment. They like to ride their bikes (and drive their cars) up and down the Pacific Coast Highway a lot. I could use that view for at least a few days. Pecalins there too ... lots of pecalins.

Sandi, I think that is a very very good fabulous idea. 'Garden Art Giggle Garden'. Then maybe Ruby and Rachael could come back and play with us.

Honestly, a lot of the threads are so long I doubt if anyone is going to read through them all. They most likely will simply scroll for pictures that are of interest to them. My thought is that there needs to be a "Closed" or "Resolved" designation for threads at some point in time.

This doesn't exactly qualify for being "garden art" but it sort of fits in with Ruby and her co-horts. This is made of all vegetable material and some deli meats ! Someone gave this to me as a joke. It's actually pretty clever.
The picture is bad since the flash on the camera was messing it up.

Tee: You're right. I never even thought of that ! The one in the gilt frame is my mom's first communion certificate from 1930.
The Veggie Head normally hangs in my garage, not in the house. I just brought it in to take the picture w/o anything else detracting from it. I'll try to get a close-up of it so you can see the detailing of the facial features.

Charleen: No clue at all how it's made or what's holding it together, but the creativity is awesome IMO. I think it was a real "sculpture" and not computer generated, since I got it in 1985.

I knew the gilt frame must have something important in it. It piqued my curiosity.
