I am amazed to see so many poly blooms in other people's gardens. I almost never have a poly bloom.

Believe me I have spoken to them in depth about this issue also about the rust problem being shown throughout the beds by a few trouble making individuals. Such behavior will not be tolerated and I expect to see a big improvement in them next season.

Becky, I wondered where this post had disappeared too!! It was a request to add Glorious Autumn for daylily of the day. I will go and put it in the right thread.

Yesterday, the first bloom for the season for BROOKWOOD LEE CAUSEY was a poly.

I have a feeling Nunan was aiming for this trait (and/or sculpting) in his breeding before he died. I haven't the faintest how to progress with it.

As another Australian, where are you finding these polys? I'm looking for a poly or two to expirement with but don't come across them with online retailers....I may need to look harder.
