boo sometimes I'm not even in the right forum

Well I'm late to the party.
On my way out to work in the yard and look for things to make my scarecrow.

I'm just up now for 30 minutes. My sleep schedule is usually bed by 1-2 and sleep 7 hours.

Getting warm out there. Came in for some water and then back out.
I need that scarecrow now, the Blue Jays had a ball out in my raised beds this morning.

Here's a crazy thing to do:

Get a little wind fan and let it sit behind the scarecrow so when the breeze picks up, it flaps the scarecrows clothes.

I really need to make some frames with wire stretched over them to place over the top of the beds.

Would old screens work ?

They might, I didn't thing about that. I might make a trip to H2O and see if they have any.

Why not Chicken wire, nail it to a frame???? You know I have birds...

Wow, now you all have me thinking! Let me see what I can come up with! Love all the ideas!
