Here's another one of my NOID's. It blooms quite late in the season. Got it at a yard sale as a NOID.

They sure look a lot alike, but there are many of them that look like this one I think.

The problem is that when you are young your life it is ruined by your parents. When you are older it is ruined by your children.

If I recall correctly, mine is a kind of a late bloomer. I think you've hit it on the head Mike.
Thanks.

This one and the last one came from a friend that bought them at a daylily garden here in New England- 15 or more years ago.
They are both mid season bloomers and are probably 30-36 inches tall. The flowers are between 5-7 inches, sturdy scapes.

Heidi,

Off the top of my head, when I saw the 6th one, for some reason I thought "Strawberry Candy" or something similar. I haven't researched it yet, but if that sounds familiar, maybe my memory isn't as bad as I joke around that it is, sometimes. Rolling my eyes.

I feel like the 2nd one should be pretty easy because there aren't many orange poly's like that with narrow petals. I'm pretty sure someone posted a picture of one recently here on the site, but I don't recall where. As for the red one in your 5th picture, the closest thing it resembles in my garden is Spider Man--did you ever purchase that? I'm not sure that's what it is, though, because I think yours has more narrow petals than my Spider Man does. It's worth looking into, though, if you think it might be it.

Thanks for your feedback. I don't think that it is Strawberry Candy. I bought SC last year and the pink is lighter and the eyezone is a much more distinct color, plus SC is smaller than this NOID.

Spider Man doesn't sound familiar.

I am wondering if the orange is the much dreaded Kwanzo. Although this is a very compact plant that hasn't spread at all in the several years that I have had it (a transplant from a friend's garden).
