There's a lot I really can't do, and never will. But I can see where if I only did what I'm physically able to do, and maybe modify a few things, it could definitely increase flexibility of my joints. I just have to be really careful.

Yes, I'm open to trying things. I have surprised myself at how I've built up my cardio exercises and strength training. For all of my physical woes, I do way more than you'd think I can.

I had another bad muscle spasm in my sleep last night. I guess I won't be exercising for a while.

Darn, that is terrible Karen, I wish they could find a cause and cure for those cramps. My feet have been driving me crazy trying to cramp up at night and in the evening when I sit to watch TV. I know it's not diet as I eat very healthy, it is not dehydration as I drink lots of fluids.

The SU and I took a Harley ride yesterday. We rode down to Savanna, IL, and just sat on the bank of the Mississippi River for awhile and just watched the water. It was a lovely day for a ride. As a bonus, 4 trains even went by. The tracks are right beside the little park where we were. I was going to post the pix, but they are on my phone. I'll put them in a separate post.

We went for a walk today.

Need to assess what food we have (or have not) and get out to get some.

Need to do some back stretches as long days in that little sports car take a toll. I'm not as limber as I was at one time.

Working on pruning and pulling out vines and tomatoes. Melons that are done, Tomatoes that need cutting back as they have gone out of bounds. Yard waste pickup is Wednesday so I have bundled up my stuff into piles with some strong twine. Put it out by the curb already, no place else to store it. So they can simply pick up the bundles and throw it into the trash truck Wednesday morning.

Oh, I wish I could get out and do some yard work. I did a little yesterday and I think that might have been what precipitated my leg pain.

I hope it passes quickly

We are home. After 5 days of prying myself in and out of that little car, I need an aquafit class tomorrow. Long drives yesterday and today.

We went for a walk this morning. We went early because we have to go somewhere a half hour away and be there by 9AM, plus I had to change clothes. I have no idea what traffic will be like going there at this time of day.

Did the aquafit class. Taught a violin lesson. Now for a quick lunch and then I'll join the church coffee group. I wonder if our new minister will be there. The old one started the group. I missed the first Sunday with new ministers - temporary ones as both our lay minister and our regular minister retired in June. The new ones will be with us for a year as we decide what direction to go next.
