Well, we were just sitting around for an hour drinking coffee and talking. Not THAT busy. A quick stop at Costco on the way home mostly for toilet paper before we resort to old catalogues for the bathrooms. Was in and out in 20 minutes.

I will meet a new potential violin student tonight. I teach a handful of adults who are happy with a flexible schedule as that's what I want these days. The student from the last few years who I've been trying to get rid of, told me she's changing to a teacher closer to her home. Yay! (She moved to the far west end of town a few years ago and I live in the east end. I tried to get her to change when she moved, but she continued to come to me for a longer time each lesson.) I wish the new teacher luck as the student doesn't listen to herself, practices way too fast and thinks good intonation and correct rhythm are options. I was getting NOWHERE with her and dreading her hour-long lessons. Maybe a new teacher will get through. Hurray! Hurray! Hurray!

We went for a walk today. My baby toenail was digging into my next toe enough that there was blood. There is always something with my feet. My toenails were not long, but I cut that one back as much as I could.

Not really Kelli, it's bad all year, I think it was cleaning the shower yesterday that caused the problem that I have today.

Kelli - have you tried putting some Moleskin between your toes when walking? https://www.walgreens.com/q/mo... It might help. Glad you got the walk in though.

I've done aquafit two days in a row now. Tomorrow morning, back to walking. Smiling

I think I wouldn't mind it so much if I didn't have so many aches and pains. When I finish cleaning, my aches and pains are always worse than before I started. And they make it take longer than it should, too.

Yes. I honestly do. It is good exercise and I always remember that as I am doing it.

I always have a music blasting too and it keeps me company.
Sometimes I will call my sister and clip the phone to me and clean the baths or fold clothes ( my least favorite is ANYTHING to do with laundry) or clean out the fridge or pantry.

She gets pissy if I run water. I get pissy when I can hear her chewing -- licorace - red. I tell her that stuff is bad for her but she inhales it.

I stand on old hand towels and slide across the floor in between steams and I really do like it.
A girl has to have some fun! 😊

That's funny Rosie, slip sliding around. Hilarious!

I know housework is a good form of exercise and I have always kept a clean house, I detest a dirty one, and really I mostly don't mind doing it, just that lately everything seems to hurt from the arthritis, especially my back, and then there's the allergies that have gotten worse. Thumbs down Angry

My friend and I went out to Panera Bread for lunch. I got one of the soup and salad combos. Really tasty. Of course come 6 PM I was hungry again. Hilarious! Oh well, just ate a sandwich and my muffin I had bought at lunch and took home.

I didn't do any garden work today, no real work at all. In the late afternoon another friend came over with her dogs and we talked while the dogs played.

Oh, I did sneak in a short exercise walk with Lily.

I worked in the garden, trimmed the grass and edged the beds, fairly large lot so that is quite a job, cleaned the fountain and the bird baths.
