I watched Sicario last night. Really intense movie with very good performances by Emily Blunt and Benicio del Toro. It's about Mexican drug cartels and the US response to them. Heart pounding action and lots of surprises. Not a typical action movie.

X Files last night, too sad, and, confusing .. if you watched it, do you have any ideas on where the Trashman went, or, why Scully's Mom wore the 'quarter pendant' ?

Marilynne, I think the trash man was just a part of the paranormal mystery. He was conjured up by the artist's anger. That's why he changed the man's face to a smiley face at the end.

We still don't know anything about the quarter. I have a feeling they're going to tell us next week at the season finale or at least give us more hints.

Last night's episode was the weakest of the new series, imho.

I'm taping the ''X-Files'' so I can watch a few in a row.

Last night I watched ''Artificial Intelligence,'' no commercials.

I'm searching for ''Angels in America,'' ''The Name of The Rose'' and ''The Da Vinci Files.''

SS .. I like the show ,X Files, but so dislike watching an episode and being confused .. but, I do think that makes folks kep coming back.
If they hadn't RE played what Scully's Mom said to Mullner, I would still be wondering ..

I watched XFiles last night, can totally identify with Scully's loss, my mom passed last Christmas . We did have to activate the closed caption and replay the portion Scully's mom talked to Mulder.

I do hope they continue the series, seems 2 new agents are being introduced in the next episode.

Then we watched Lucifer. So far still okay with this series. I have to watch Second Chance, got to go back to the other on free on demand shows!

I finally got around to watching the X-FilesI had taped and I missed getting the first show! I went ahead and watched part two anyway. I had to turn the TV way up so I'm glad it wasn't just me who couldn't hear half of it.

I'm curious if Deadpool will be as good as people are saying it is.

For now I caught up on some classics I enjoy like Gremlins and The Neverending Story.

I too wondered if the X Files 6 episodes is too see how well audiences take to it, in hopes for bringing another season back. I have the entire series collectors edition on DVD so I'm going to have to keep buying when these come on DVD.

Keith, I'm now regretting not watching the last two seasons. I had been such a fan of the series in the early seasons but completely lost interest towards the end.

I tend more towards humor and the unexpected or odd movies. I can't do scary anymore.

I finally watched The Maze Runner and I liked it.

I might have liked Maze Runner if I had not read the books, but they really did a terrible job of translating it to the screen.

Maze Runner is very much like Lord Of The Flies........ but watered down.

I don't think I ever saw the entire ''Lord of The Flies." Mean kids aren't very fun to watch and I've seen enough bits and pieces over the years to not bother with it.

Scorch Trials. That might be good. I save movies like that for a time I can't find anything else I want to watch.

The Maze Runner was a trilogy and Scorch Trials is the sequel Maze Runner the next in the series is Death Cure. There is also a prequel "The Kill Order" and another prequel planned for later this year that bridges the two stories.
