SDB Irish Harp, Augusto Bianco, 2008
I bought this as MTB Fiesta Flirt last fall. I was surprised to see it putting up a bloom stalk this early. When it opened I know why. Not MTB Fiesta Flirt but SDB Irish Harp.

Some were taken after rain and wind and a few were taken after the hail if the iris was under the eave. Most of them, after the hail, were on the ground.

I can't seem to grow many of Sterling Innerst irises and they are so beautiful. This was a share from the north..... perhaps it got used to harsh winters and is taking a break in the south. This one does grow well here and is a lovely garden addition.

George Bacon makes a lot of nice reds. I just found out he has a vibrant TB called Torchwood. Confirmed with him that it is named after the show. Must get it to be the companion for Dr. Who!! I love Cap't Jack Harkness and Gwen on Torchwood. I am such a sci-fi geek sometimes.
Hugs From Heaven is a beauty Bonnie. And for the rest - well it looks like mine are on the same schedule as yours!
