I agree with Tom. You must be very busy so keep taking pictures and when you get a break lets have a peek.

I do have more pictures. Just haven't had time to upload. Also finding more rot -- fans, bloom stalks, etc. In a couple of cases, it was a race for the bloom to open before the stalk rotted off. What a revolting development.

But. I do have some amazing flowers this year -- many of which I've never seen before. Pictures later!! Green Grin!

I have only had two irises drop from that type of rot (Change of Pace & Bride's Halo). They are close to each other. COP was the main bloom while BH was one of the increases. BH will bloom on at least two other increases in this clumpette. Not sure COP will bloom this year.

I had a dead bloom today that was flopped over. I was going to deadhead it anyway so I lifted it to pinch it off, and it was all mush between where the bloom meets the stalk and then down the stalk about an inch. The rest of the stalk was okay, but I feel I better cut it off before the mushy rot spreads down the stalk to the rhizome. Just so odd though.

I learned that when that happens you can right click on the message box and then click "Undo" and sometimes it comes back. But it sure ticks me off when it happens! Grumbling

Also I tend now to just post one picture at a time, so if I loose it, it's not a big job to redo it.

That's a good idea, Tom -- one picture at a time.

I've never had a problem losing a post. If I accidentally lose it, I just click on the back arrow and it'll be right there. But this time I went through two or three pages before I knew what I had done wrong -- and when I went *back*, the post was no longer there. Just soooooooooooo aggravating. Angry
