Dixie Sunrise is pretty. Nice to still see blooms being posted. As hot and dry as it's been here I'm surprised at how well the daylilies are doing. Like little energizer bunnies they keep on going Smiling
A few that have started blooming in the past week...

Clear Fork and Delta Phase

Guided By Voices and Jewel of the Oasis

Pee Wee's Big Adventure, a wonderful budbuilder that will bloom until frost.

Self Absorbed, another late blooming yellow.

and Waterpocket Fold, a late blooming orchid/lavender.

This is the final blooming flower I have right now (just had two scapes start on plants I got from Maryott's in July!). I brought home a bouquet from Walmart and realized that this final daylily would look beautiful with it...

Lol...thanks guys. I could not figure out what kind of bug this was. He had legs of a cricket with an iridescent copper colored body, and a red head.

Bad camera karma today. I still have blooms on many of my daylilys but it is getting where I can't remember what I have posted. I want to avoid repeats if possible.

This is one I saw first in Siloam Springs and knew I had to have.

MAPPING TOKYO is trying to have its FFO. I will keep an eye on it and if it gets open I will try to get it. May be my last chance as nobody has it and mine struggled to get out of the ground this year.

One bloom each today on 'December Wedding', 'Four Eyes', and the maybe-seedling-of 'Sacrament of Healing' (or else it is SoH itself). There are still a few blooms to go on 'Gadsden Icicle' and rebloom scapes on 'Beautiful Edgings' and 'Coming Up Roses', but not today.

'Twist Again' reblooms in a week or so, maybe less (I find it hard to predict the diploids), and 'One Fine Day' and 'Burmese Buddha' will rebloom in September/October; they are very reliable, despite being grown in part shade. Other than those, I don't expect any rebloom, and will be grateful for what I get. (I should probably divide my overcrowded clumps of daylilies, including 'Egyptian Queen'; I might get some rebloom on that if I did so. It has not been divided in probably, oh, ten or more years Whistling , and bloom has diminished.)

Meanwhile, rust has reared its ugly head again, so I need to deal with that the next few days. Glare
Evaluating an iris seedling, hopefully for rebloom

I was just out pulling some dead leaves, and to my surprise I found a rebloom scape on 'Tuscawilla Tranquility', with a bloom on it! (The poor bloom was hardly open - it's been hot and dry here, but still, I thought that was amazing, given that I don't recall ever having seen rebloom on it here before (possibly because the deer kept eating it). I'll have to give it a little extra water.)

THEN, I found a rebloom scape coming up on 'Newberry White Dove'! I had forgotten that it reblooms some years (it is not reliable here). There is only the one rebloom scape, but still....

Since both are in the dry ground and not in a pot, I might take a chance and re-fertilize both of these... maybe I can get some more rebloom scapes?

Newberry White Dove is such a pretty one, I'd be watching for rebloom scapes! Seeing a lot of rebloom scapes here, seems odd as dry as we have been. Only a few new ones today to share...sorry for the crappy foliage. It is getting harder to keep it out of the images.

Mornings are going to be below 50 for awhile, maybe till June. So my photos will have to fit in between morning pucker, noon drivers license photo effect, and afternoon slightly sautéed wilt. I will keep trying though.
