"Life's a pool with a puppy and a fool!"

My sons love fur babies! This son is more mechanically-inclined. He has helped me with the technical stuff regards electronics as well as plumbing and electrical issues. And...he does stuff to make me laugh and happy (he's on-island and nearby).

Yes! Most definitely! My younger son who now lives in West Philly does come out many thousands of miles to visit me every couple of years. And we try to visit him in the interim. Sighing! But now I'm really not into traveling great distances anymore like I used to. Sad Especially with all the stuff that's been happening with the different factions in this world. Sighing! Then again, we are so close to a certain Asian country and their threats. Still, I have faith that our govment will strike down any threats to their holdings (one of them is us here). Sad Sad

KD I understand with all the tensions. I talk to people all over the world and when I look on the map where they are it can scare me. Here the tolerances have and rudeness has changed All I can do is watch.
Enjoy your son's any way you can. We lost ours to a blood clot 6yrs ago. We have adjusted but things just happen in life.

I enjoy this Forum. It is more real then one of the others I am on. Like everyone and all the personalities.

So I was surfing the net and came across something that interested me. There was going to be a discussion about something and one needed to sign in to be involved, and I did. A moment later a blue light next to the camera on my computer came on. Then I saw my live image...yikes! Grumbling I immediately exited out and put a piece of electrical tape over the camera.

That was about 5 years ago. I have a new computer notebook now and there is no camera on or around the screen. I think newer models need a plug-in camera to be able to skype, take videos, pictures, and do other things?

Their website says that the x series do have cameras/Webcam. It would be located right here:

If you go to start/windows key and type "webcam" and hit enter, you'll know right away if it opens or not. Just be prepared for a selfie view to pop up if you do Hilarious!

Oh wow! I couldn't see it before because the lens is flush and behind the screen plexiglass. I had to shine a flashlight on it to see. I immediately taped it over just in case. Nah...I'll skip the trial. Hilarious! Hilarious!
Thanks, James, for letting me know where it is. Thumbs up

Yikes, are you aware all the S7's have been recalled this week?
