I'm not limiting myself on good carbs, but I am definitely limiting the bad carbs like white bread, candy, etc. I think if I stick to a slice of bread a day/every other day, I'll be fine. As long as I don't eat anymore bread or candy for the rest of the day and keep up with the healthy carbs in nuts and certain veggies/fruits.
