A couple of new ones out today. And some cloud cover early wh is a relief as still windy and hot. Not sure anyone would really prefer it to Fall in the US.

FFE on CRAYOLA VIOLET could become my favourite daylily, not big but so neat and beautiful violet. I wanted to get this for a long time and am not disappointed. Thumb of 2016-11-07/bron/5612f0 Thumb of 2016-11-07/bron/5baf77

Bron's and Della's blooms are wonderful.

For me, having too much fun has taken time away from the garden. But, here, begins a series of my blooms over the last 5 days.

Maleny Eyecatcher was a lovely swap from Bron.
Thumb of 2016-11-07/Gleni/d38f52
It is an unregistered cultivar by Scott Alexander 1998. A miniature supposedly tetraploid. I can hardly wait to try it out.

This was from a seed from a bee pod on King Lamoni.

Thanks for the kind comments, folk.

Ooohh... Westbourne Tid Bit x Josie... nice.

And I love the $3 mystery plant, Bron!

Thanks, I guess, to cool cloudy weather and not opening properly on day one, Red Ragamuffin x Horns looked fresh this morning and lasted till the end of the day:

Glen. You will have fun with Maleny Eyecatcher. There is already a bee pod on one of my plants. It and PICCADILLY PRINCESS (Dip) seem very pod fertile. A pity something ate the buds off one of my PP seedlings.

Your red and yellow seedlings look fine to me. Hope u can give them away or sell them at your plant and book fair. They might be wonderful bloomers. What about their rust resistance/susceptibility?

Della. They all seem to have bad hair days for no apparent reason. Tonight I saw an ALLURE OF FORM which was perfectly opened. That plant is in the sun all day so don't now why it did better than the others so far. Last night was very cool which was delicious after such a hot day.

Love your cat. She sure looks happy.

Love the shades of colors on Tropical Heat Wave.

I agree with your summation of Missouri Memories. It does have a dainty look about it. I have this one, but it has not flourished for me. I may need to move it.
