The shadows are making this leaf look weird, so ignore that, but it's the size of it that's blowing me away!

Exactly! And it is being shipped from Europe, how do they keep a leaf viable for that long? A plant barely but a leaf, I doubt it...AND I bet many people will be tempted because it is such an amazing looking plant
Thumbs up

Strever that is pretty!! If you ask the moderator to create an entry for it I think they will make it happen!
@threegardeners do you know how @strever can add his Begonia Chayo to the database?
Thanks in advance

This stem got broken in a storm, so I stuck it in the ground next to a piece of cardboard tube (Sunsetter awning, comes in great cardboard tubes) where I dump organic matter to compost. It has taken root & is starting to bloom. It looked dehydrated & suicidal for the first couple weeks, but surprisingly, only lost a couple leaves before it started to look perky again.

B. coccinea, this stem was/is 3 feet tall, counting the 5-6 inches that were submerged.

Here is my dark leafed Begonia I placed the put inside a very large pot that holds a Boston fern and a asparagus fern, just noticed in my profile pic that pot is in the background... What I did is staked up the asparagus fern to a 5 foot tall stake, and planted the Boston fern at the base
