Funny, though, I just visited a friend who owns a goat farm and she loaded me up with various fruit/vegetables from her garden, but no zukes. I should have asked for a couple.

DonShirer said:Planted two Magda this season. One was next to a cucumber and got the same brown splotches and pooped out after producing one giant zucchini (shown earlier in this thread). The other (in a raised bed) is still going strong a month later and pumping out a new fruit every 5 days. First time I tried this variety, but it is now my favorite zucc.
