Some of us get Semps from Edelweiss ... nice plants and good company, and I think you'll be fine.

I saw those! Thank you for the information. I went to a nursery last weekend looking for information about winterberries and I took this picture of 'winterberry holly.'

Yes, there are several varieties and all beautiful, also they are drought tolerant once established. Great winter color too! Here is the older one.

My heucheras dont look like others who live a zone south.They would be the only perennials giving color now.Some of the dark leaved ones look O K but not worth the photo.
I do have color on the witch hazel Jelena.Its bright orange peal looking blooms are glowing.
