I'm also surprised that foxgloves are evergreen in my zone. I kept waiting for it to die back, but it's just as green as it was in September.
JoAnn, My heucherella's aren't doing very well, either. They look half dead. Oh, and my chocolate chip ajugas look dead, whereas my no-name ajugas are green and beautiful.
This is my first winter in my garden, so everything's surprising!
