Always my favorites!
I took some more Angraecum sesquipedale pictures today. I wound up placing it into the living room window, as I had done last year. And there were the pics in the greenhouse, on the living room table, in the kitchen with white board as backdrop and some more....
Two large spikes on the mother plant and there is even a tiny second spike on the larger keiki. 2 more buds to open...
Here is one Orchid I am tickled pink to have it blooming again. This is Dendrobium Love Memory 'Fizz'
I saw these nobile type Dendrobiums in different colors last March at Longwood Garden ( SEPOS) for sale. I had bought so much stuff that time that I didn't take one along then, but regretted it little on the way home. The next week I spotted some of the same Dens in bloom at Trader Joe's and so I had to buy one. Here it is now in bloom again 10 month later!!
And it added a lot of new growth over the Summer.
the scent of Lc. Fireball flame is strong and yummy sort of like cinnamon. The lip of this is alot pinker than photos show. Every photo i take the lip looks the same colour as the rest of the flower, when there really nothing alike.
