Anna, not everything can be fixed with exercise, like painful arthritic feet, spine, and all other joints, yes it does help keep the muscles strong for better support and I will keep doing it as long as I can.

Well, if you keep moving it will help you be more limber.

Quite a few years ago (probably 30, at least) I had the beginnings of arthritis in my fingers. Some of the fingers hurt so bad that the only way I could do my outside farm work was to tape them together. Then I started playing piano, and after that got the computer. Between the piano playing and the typing on the computer, I've not had any more painful fingers. However, the joints on both my hands are UGLY!!!! Rolling on the floor laughing

My arthritis started when I was about 36, my hands have always been busy with sewing, gardening, typing on a manual typewriter, that was many years ago. Whistling Now it's the computer, still gardening, l lift weights, which have made my hands strong, and my fingers look UGLY too.

Yesterday I did my 90 minutes of assorted exercises for the upper body and abs on the ball.

Here are the cinnamon sticks. They are wanting a drizzle of frosting; a-la Pizza Hut. They will get that on "sale day".

Made 2 loaves of cinnamon-raisin bread. They are a nice, golden brown. They "thumped" hollow, so am sure they are done. I'm now making chocolate cookies with sea salt caramel chips and macadamia nuts. None of which is on my eating plan. Rolling on the floor laughing

Went to aqua class this morning, and then it was so nice outside I decided to take the dogs for a short walk. Definitely got my steps in today!

I didn't eat any baked cookie, but I did lick a little dough. LOL

I see I forgot to attach the picture of the cinnamon sticks. Jeez, brain-freeze, I guess.

I do have a bit of trouble with the not eating any of it, to be honest. I did have 3 cinnamon sticks yesterday, but they were ugly ones. Rolling on the floor laughing

Did only 4 laps of the mall yesterday as I figured I'd make up for the one I left out in airports and I'm sure I did by the time we traversed Ottawa, Toronto, Denver (several times trying to find anyone who could tell us the status of delayed flights), and finally, Albuquerque. Got to crappy motel at 1 am. Street traffic outside was horrendous at 5:30. We've moved motels for tonight and will head to Los Alamos tomorrow.

Did a fair bit of walking around areas of ABQ with a friend who lives here today and had our first really good meal in two days. Yesterday was sitting around airport lounges, mostly Toronto, and nibbling.

It sounds like the northeast might be snowed in for a while!

We went to the gym, exercised for an hour.
