Legs this morning for me.

It was requested that I bring my garlic-parmesan rolls for a group's fish fry tonight at a friend's house. And of course the honey butter to adorn them before eating. Hilarious!

We went for a walk yesterday. A while later I was working on the computer and was hit by a wall of fatigue. I laid down for a while than got up and made lunch. I still didn't feel like much after lunch so I laid down and watched t.v. By then I knew I was getting the ear and sinus infection thing again, though worse than usual. There is no pain, but extreme fatigue. Last night it felt like my head was going to explode. Today my head is full of yuck, though it isn't going to explode. I still have the fatigue. It's just a worse case of the same-old, same-old. We won't be going hiking today but it looks like it might rain. I used to get it like this a lot when I was working in buildings that hadn't had a breath of fresh air since 1957.

I hope you feel better tomorrow, Kelli.

Today was my day off from the gym but I kept pretty busy. I did two loads of laundry and cooked a lot. I made breakfast scrambled egg muffins, which will feed us breakfast for days. And I made white chicken chili, enough for at least 3 meals.

Remember to spring forward tonight if your area uses DST. Because I always wake up so early (around 4 or 5 a.m.) tomorrow might be my favorite day of the year. I think of it as the day the world switches to my internal clock. Hilarious! And I love having it light later in the evening.

Anna - me too. Light and hot is my favored weather. Cold makes me feel all shriveled and pinched! Give me some sun and good healthy sweat!

I love it too (DST), but dare not allow myself to sleep in much if for no other reason than we have an ungodly departure time of 5:30 am from ABQ on Tuesday morning which means being up around 3,

Yesterday we walked into town. Los Alamos is small enough that if one is living on the same narrow mesa as the downtown it's easily walkable. My sister is. My niece is further. There are a couple of interesting museums, a nice bagel shop, a grocery store, a few restaurants, and an old-fashioned department store which actually has service. There's also a hardware store. But for other items people go to Santa Fe or other places east of here. We spent the afternoon farther east walking around Ghost Ranch and up to Echo Ampitheatre before having dinner with the whole gang at a really good Mexican restaurant.

Thank you for the well wishes. I'll be all right in a couple days. I'm thinking Tuesday.

I am indifferent towards DST. I can work with either system. I just wish they would just pick one system and stick with it.

I tip my hat to you.
I hate the change in spring. It takes me a week before I adapt. I too just wish they would pick one and stick with it
