It's my day off from the gym, but I did walk on my treadmill for half an hour.

Just airport walking today. Presently in Denver, concourse B. Will head soon to concourse A for our flight to Toronto. If all goes well, we should arrive in Ottawa around dinner time.

I think I am working on another sinus infection. Frequent infections, fatigue, and insatiable appetite can be signs of diabetes, so I am going to go to the doctor. My appetite is awful. I get so hungry that I feel half sick.

We went for a walk yesterday. Too tired to go today.

Mixed up a batch of roll dough for my baked items table at Saturday's Farmers Market. Then went upstairs and did my elliptical. Work at the sale barn at 1. Need to run to town before that, so I suppose that means I better have a morsel on the table before noon.

I had a hot bath. Check this out - http://ottawacitizen.com/life/...

Still have a cold though it's improving and I slept well last night, but I gave aquafit a miss.

Yesterday I did my 90 minutes of assorted exercises. Today we went to town for doctors appointment for DH's nose follow up, everything is fine, he will have to go for checkups every 6 months for the next 5 years. After that we shopped and my feet are sore and on fire tonight. Angry

I am really crabby about having all this cold weather. I am so tired of taking my exercise walk in the cold. Today I was just dreaming of taking a walk in nice balmy weather during my cold outing.

March has been cold with lots of storms. Tired of it. Want to walk my dog in some nice weather. Would make me really WANT to stay out there instead of just going because we should.

We went hiking yesterday for an hour and 45 minutes. The hills were enough to let me know they were hills but not enough to wear me down to a nub.

Kelley, you're doing so well keeping up the walking! Our area here is hills, and it's tough to keep doing them. Bet you are buying new clothes again!

I simply hate walking up hills. I am always puffing by the time I reach the top of the grade.

Walking steep hills, either up or down, makes my feet and legs hurt. I can tolerate a little incline, but not a lot. And the indoor track at the gym and the treadmill are both far kinder to my aches and pains than walking on concrete.

That said, I walked outside this morning for 35 minutes.

I told the SU that if it was nice this afternoon (and it is right now, for sure) that I was gonna take my bike out and put on a few miles. I did NOT want to go upstairs on the elliptical this morning. Going nowhere fast is my definition of "cardio".

Yesterday I worked my butt off getting a new queen bed set up in the guest room, the old one was a double, in good shape so my sis took it to her guest room. My granddaughter and her DH are coming to visit in April and they are big people, they wouldn't' have had room to turn over. I had been planning on changing it for years. My son and his wife will be very happy with the new one too when they come to visit at Easter, as there had been subtle hints about not much room in that bed, I haven't told them so it will be a surprise. Hilarious!

Today I changed the bed and am doing laundry.

I did laundry here earlier today also. Had a full wash load with a bunch of sweatshirts and sweatpants.

Sounds nice that you got a bigger bed for guests and family to use when visiting. If course that means getting new bedding also.

Rita, yes it meant new bedding and what a pain it was to find something that went with the color of the room, the same with a headboard that went with the old pine furniture, no way I was getting everything new, anyway I am pleased with the way it looks.
