Their nest was on the other side of that honeysuckle/bramble rose since that's where they were always coming from and going into.

They are too cute and adorable! Lovey dubby Thumbs up

Spying on the doe eating at the wildlife feeding area after I put out more food. Actually, is it spying when she know very well I'm there? I came back an hour later and put out more stuff...'cause she doesn't leave much for any of the other wildlife! Poor thing! Don't know if she's got fawns or not,
haven't seen any!

Red Fox is a regular here. See it often both morning & afternoon but yesterday was the first time I could get a photo.

Maybe. I'm only seeing any deer at all here in the summer for the last couple of years...one result of the long drought we've had was that some deer died and females had few fawns, if any. Last summer I only saw one fawn when a group of deer came into the area. With the recent rains, maybe any fawns (if any) in the area will do okay.

YES, there IS a fawn!!! Just got home and either the sound of the car or something else must have scared the little darling. It went bounding out of the more wooded front of the property, across the driveway and then headed up the side of the lot toward the top. Aw! Cute! The doe has been behaving very nervous and easily spooked since a family moved into the other property (finally sold) just past ours this week. I think that lot was where she was keeping the little one...and staying when she wasn't foraging. That place had been vacant for quite a while and would have been a good place to hide.
