I'd like to know, as well. I have not seen any advertisements at any step in the Treemail feature, so I should probably know what NOT to do. Hilarious!
It’s okay to not know all the answers.

I do not place advertisements in the tree mail area at all. If you are seeing them when you are in that area, then they are being put there by software on your computer.

I think I found the software program and deleted it. Problem (hopefully) solved. Thanks, Dave. Ken

I thought the star under the post was giving thumbs up.

I just realized I have been hitting the star and my profile says I have given 0 thumbs up.

Well, you could always go to your profile and track down the places you "starred" accidentally and change them to a "thumbs up." Smiling

I am sorry I was asking where is the thumbs up.

Going through some post last night I found the icon. My eyes are bad it did not look like a thumb. Old age is bad sometime. Rolling on the floor laughing

Oh, dear! I thought you had just clicked on the star instead of the thumb! Didn't realize you didn't know where the thumb was. *Blush* Sorry. I should have been more specific! Glad you found it, anyway! Smiling

I'm new here and I have a question about a daylily I bought a few years ago. The name I was given for the plant is Fiesta Bravo but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Thumb of 2013-06-19/bxncbx/7ebc86 The picture shows the flower. I don't have much information about the plant except that it is short (about 20 inches). The place where I bought it in NC is out of business. Is it just that the name wasn't registered? Or is this a different plant altogether?

Welcome! Welcome! Welcome! Welcome! bxncbx! And Margaret steered you right --- hop on over to the daylily forum & just post a thread there. It's a beautiful Lovey dubby dl whether it's registered or not. (I couldn't find it either so I'm guessing it wasn't registered) But if you don't like it I will be happy to take it off your hands for you. Whistling Hilarious! Hilarious! Hilarious! Hilarious! Thanks everyone! I'll post the question on the daylily forum. I don't mind that it isn't registered (I really like it). I guess I just feel bad that the person who created it will never get any acknowledgment.

Hi there puzzlenutty and Welcome! to ATP!

I'm not sure what you mean by favorite but if you want to let them know you think they have posted a good photo of plant(s) or written plant information that is helpful to you, you can click on the green thumbs-up in the lower right-hand side of the box in which they posted the photo or comment.

You can also give them acorns which is the currency on ATP. You can read about acorns here:

http://garden.org/special/acor...

If you are meaning favorite as in like on Facebook, someone else will have to help you with that as I don't do Facebook.

Again, Welcome! and we are so glad you're here!

Hi Nancy, and a great big Welcome! to ATP. Hurray!
I don't really do FB either, so don't have an answer to your question, but so glad you found your way to ATP. You'll love it here.

Vicki gave some great information, hopefully that will answer your question. Smiling

Is there a way to thank those that give "thumbs-up" or acorns, rather than doing it one-at-a-time?
