Thanks, Janice. Did any of it help you in any way?
Look out Ursula...maybe on the next visit I'll bring my camcorder. Seeing Ursula's indoor greenhouse/rain water tank below was truly inspirational for me and continues to be! Sorta like walking into heaven!
There was so much information, and yes! your video instruction was a virtual cornucopia of orchid culture/knowledge. Nice watering setup. I would like to see you have a show on PBS.....
There are two ways to live your life.
One is as though nothing is a miracle.
The other is as though everything is a miracle

Ha, ha! Maybe in 10 years if I'm still around and if the orchids are alive. I am just starting to understand them.
I sorta love the quirky things people do for these plants. They sure know how to make us jump through hoops!
Ursula, I forgot that you never witnessed my winter set up!!! Didn't think this would be new to you.
But all the orchids were outside when you visited in summer. Even so, you and Klaus gave me so many suggestions that I used that you are forever a big part of my set up!
Thank you Kathy!
I could imagine some of your areas from the pictures you had posted throughout the months, but it is nice to see everything together like that inside.
Just thought I show you all the very pretty (I think) Pleione x confusa 'Golden Gate', which I had bought at the SEPOS. It is sitting in my kitchen windowsill since then, so I can enjoy it at close range.
The flower is about 4 inches across.
I have a fall blooming pleione. I took it out of the refrigerator but have no idea what I'm doing! Better read my notes! You make me wish I had one for each season!
