Got a 2nd batch of Coleus over the weekend..hard to resist 1.98 each
Coleus Freckles - I see some bud formation on the Coleus Freckles I got. Not sure if that is good or bad, but I will let it grow just to see how it looks like.

Did something a bit different with some of mine this year. Planted them in front of the Lilies with a couple of my tropical plants. I have some mixed into a few other beds as well. This was taken about a week or so ago right after I planted them I need to get a better picture now that they have been mulched and have settled in well.

This is just so much heat..but am glad Coleus surviving it well! Coleus wasabi has turned a deeper green than before with this heat.

They really do look pretty and this year I have so many more coleus in the beds than ever before. Ric did so good with his cuttings in the GH this winter and we got the plug we usually get plus the extra different ones that we picked up at the swap.

Yes I did, there are two of them cement pipes that I found in a field a few years ago and brought home thinking the frogs might like them but they never really used them so I just tiled them last month and Ric did a bowling ball with some glass pieces and left over tile that looks very nice with them.

Those are gorgeous. You did a nice job. I like the swag on your gazebo. I know those did not come with the gazebo. My eye always go to detail decor. My BFF was dragging me around trying to help her find swags for her patio. She had a new patio built and she saw Martha Stewart put curtains on her patio and she described something like those she wanted but when we found similar they were for inside the house and they cost more than she wanted to spend.

I got her into the thrift store that was a hassle but once I got her in there it was a hassle to get her out. She said she did not have any idea all the outside stuff she would find in the Goodwill store.

You're right they didn't come with the Gazebo. I did spend a bit more than I wanted but they were marked down to half price and have held up well for the last few years.
