That is such a cool flower, like some kind of odd Clematis!

Aren't they the most stunning blooms?! I have several, one my oldest Noid is sorry looking with snail chewed holes and cold damage, (it turned a burgundy color.) I thought it would die after turning so red but it has at least 10 developing blooms.

Sounds great Sue!! All of the ones I have are new this year, and amazingly one is putting out bud already, there are 3 of them!!

Well, the epi's bloom is rather short spanned..so now it is on wilting stage..I hope it tries to make another one again, but I do doubt it, the other leaves are still too young. oh well..

Another echeveria in bloom, this one I just got the other week, already with buds and now its on...so most echeveria blooms seems rather timid in showing off its blooms..

Have been busy over the weekend, and when I checked on my semp arachnoideum, saw that it is growing differently, seems to be growing flowering buds...so being a semp, does that mean the plant will die soon after flowering??

Tarev, how pretty!! The hens which are blooming will die, but many of them don't show "coning" or blooms, so you'll just have a smaller collection for a while, until those ones kick in and grow larger, and send out chicks!!

Ah okay, then I will watch the coning as it goes..just to see how it happens. Anyhow it has been busy sending out its chicks, ah, maybe that's why it was sending out so many. A replacement battalion

Actually you're lucky that it did that, often once they begin to cone they stop sending out chicks!!

Just a photo update of my Aenonium arboreum..well..it still is attempting to make some buds..but won't go blooming. Temps had been fickle during the past few weeks. I guess not enough sun as well..but still is trying.

I love it!! It looks so full and dramatic!
