Sorry to say, I can't show you my log planter. I went out and found it, it is very sad. It was on the covered front porch and was getting no water.
I am a bad semp mommy.
I did put the little log out in the front bed where the rain will get to it starting some time this evening. Suppose to rain for the next few days.
When it recuperates I'll take a photo to share here.

Mine needs some water. I dribble some on the log every few days, but maybe I need to do more?

Marilyn, that log is looking pretty good. Wish mine looked that good. After the rain mine might start to perk up. They will have to do a lot of perking though.

I think your log look fine Marilyn. Well Lynn, if all else fails, luckily I think you can find some replacement plants!

I am anxious to see how it lasts. Can't even begin to think about overwintering it.

Keep watering it though! Many people loose plants because they don't water in winter But that's a long way off yet!

Clint do you water them while outside or are you talking about them being inside?

I think you has them outside. But in the south it rains off and on during the summer months. Not much watering to worry about.

Never included this one, but thought it flowering was a good reason to present it (cactus has been in there at least a few years):
No idea which cactus it is, but loved the plump apple greenness of it. Well it was just one "it" until the others popped up...
