Ahh, the plant ID doesn't show up for parent plants.

But you're right that the ID is always visible in the URL. It's the numeric portion.

But copying the address to the plant should work, too, and if it does not then that's a bug.

Once I click on his link, I see the id # as part of the url. The actual page, however, looks different at the bottom than yours (no id # there). I went ahead and tagged the data box the way he suggested and it worked great. Thank you to both of you for the help Green Grin! Thumbs up

Dave, would it be possible to put the list of plants below the picture? I always enjoy seeing the picture first and then seeing what they are called by hovering over them. The list gets in the way. Just my opinion. nodding

I like this much better as well, thanks. P.S. I can't believe you just say 'I moved them,' 6 minutes after Marilyn's suggestion, and poof it is done! That is so beyond me...

Dave, is there a way to have plant notes/comments posted with the photo rather than in the discussion area? One of the first things I look for is information on zone, exposure, site info, etc., and I have found that sometimes I have to dig in the discussion area to see if that information is listed or not. It isn't a big deal but ...... Big Grin <pretend there is a begging icon here> Big Grin
Maybe directly above or below the list of plants utilized?

Bonehead, I'm sure you agree that the value of having a hands-on site owner is inestimable. Requests and complaints on other websites can be ignored for months, years, or even forever because they have to be relayed to a technical department and either get lost on the way or are disregarded completely.

I want to make sure I'm understanding you here.

Currently if there is discussion about a photo in the image sets, that discussion is presented as a link to the thread(s) associated with that image.

Are you suggesting that we change that to print out all the posts in their entirety below the image?
