Thanks.....

Brought Nicki to the vet's for a vaccine yesterday.....the animal control officer (she runs the kennel I bring Nicki to) was there with a cream colored 8 week old golden retriever.....unfortunately, he had been born with a stump for a rear leg.....I'm afraid she was there for a euthanization.....the puppy was so beautiful, & calm....my heart was just breaking! I couldn't stop petting him....then a man came in with a Rotty at least 200 pounds....Judy had to take the puppy to the desk area, I went into an exam room, & then took Nicki straight to the car.....the Rotty was clearly agitated, & the man was having difficulty controlling him.....just scary!

I had lily at the vet the other night.. had a bad day.. but looking better now.. there was a woman and little daughter.. had a black lab puppy.. totally misbehaving.. made me nervous walking by them carrying lily ... going to be trouble if they don't fix that

That's how I felt with the Rottie..... sorry that Lily had a bad day.....Cute horse, Deb!

prayers for Lily. love the gypsy, Deb. Daughter wants one since she rode one. Hubby took down the catio since the cooler weather is here. they are not thrilled, especially Mugs. It was her favorite place to sit.

Go Cubbies! Poor Mugs....I'm sure the kitties feel closed in....that's winter for me....hate it!

Lily perked up again.. hanging in there.. so hard when they don't want to eat to take the medicine so I have taken her to the vet and getting the shot she improved big time

So glad.....hopefully, she'll be with you a little longer......

Nera (#1 cat)got out last night...I could hear this banging, sounded strange, almost like thunder. Went to the door and opened it to listen and that quick she went out like a shot...called her and went after her and she took off, no way I'm finding a black cat in the dark...looked for a while and nothing...went out with food and kept shaking the bowl...still nothing...3 hours later here she come to the patio door and ran in as fast as he went out was rather lovey dovey for a while ...she wanted to eat :rolleyes:
After all that, I noticed in between Winston was missing Didn't remember leaving him in the yard...called him and could hear rustling in the neighbor's yard. I left the front door open for the cat and the storm door wasn't latched and out her went...WTH I was glad to go to bed last night
