Didn't have to get her to the vet's....the leg is fine now....must have been a sprain....if limp returns, will take her. Thank God! Can't deal with operations at this point!

Glad to hear it.. lily has been gimping here and there for years.. I keep antinflammatory or her for the bad days.. usually gone after a day or two

That's a good idea, Allison.....no limp today, & it's 40 & raining, so I guess it was a sprain or strain....Nicki is impulsive, & I've seen her leap down the stairs on my back patio.....no soft landing, either!

Mona isn't to happy with me. She wants to sit on my lap and keep warm and I keep getting up to do stuff, lol

Isn't that the way it always is? They want to be lap sitting just when you have no time to sit much.

Speaking of lap sitting I just thought of this. Yesterday we went to the dog park for 3 hours. It was a beautiful day. I go so Lily can run around and play. But I stay for a long time so I bring my own folding chair.

So Lily does rum around and play but after we were there for a long time she decided she was going to sit in my lap and watch all the happenings. I kept putting her down and she would jump back up.

I had to get up and walk around the dog park so she wouldn't stay in my lap.

Sounds like you had a great time! Nicki was in the yard when I left this morning....she wouldn't come in.....I returned 2 hours later to find her shivering on the porch....did she learn a lesson here? I doubt it! She's very stubborn, wants the door left open for her....well, that's not going to happen in 35 degree weather like today........

Nicki loves the snow....romping in it like a kindergartener! I hate it, every little flake....

I hate the snow also. So does my little dog Lily. So we think alike.
