Ok do this for me: for each of the ones you find, open it up, go to the bottom and click on "Suggest a change". From that page you can move it into the new Gardening Ideas forum.

Due to the generosity of an anonymous generous person, I am again offering acorns to the next 8 people who will post a new idea to the Ideas Forum! The offer is 10 acorns each. Remember, ideas can be very short or as long as you like. Here's the link: https://garden.org/forums/view...

Hopefully, these acorns will enable people tp purchase NARR tickets if that's how they decide to use them, and we'll generate more interest in the new forum! That's especially nice for newer members who have not yet participated in the NARR but would like to.

We have an NGA member named crawgarden who posts articles from the internet to the All Things Gardening Forum. Those are not articles/idea that have been written by NGA members and should be put back.

I'll post this here as it seems to be where the conversation is most active.

Thanks for the new forum!! I was kind of hoping it would be called something like "Articles/Ideas Submitted by NGA members".

Is there any way we could have a little blurb over on the right side of the screen to let everyone know that these articles and ideas have been contributed by the NGA members?

Also, it might help to have a few words to let people know how to post their ideas and articles.

I was suggesting that a small bit of information could be added to the upper right to give people a quick idea of what the forum is all about and how to add an article/idea.

For the All Things Gardening Forum there is a box on the upper right like this:



For the new Gardening Ideas Forum, there is no box (yet ):


Maybe we can put our heads together and write a few words so everyone who visits will know that these are ideas and articles that were written by our NGA members; also a quick word or two about how to post a new idea/article.

I gotta go home now and clean up after the mess Irma left; I'll check back later.
