As many challenges as you have had this year with the critters and such..your garden does not look like it suffers from summer's blight.

Don't squat with yer spurs on!

People try to turn back their "odometers." Not me. I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved

Couple of echoes found this past week --
Fuji Blue and lobelia:

Coral Flame phlox and Flower Carpet Coral rose - only echoes when the color of the rose deepens in cooler weather:

Now that I look at the photo, there is also an echo with Dark Towers penstemon and Voodoo sedum.

Me too and you have so much still in bloom. I have one thing that pops is vigorous - ubiquitous weed

Hurray!!! I just finished reading this whole tread and loved ever word and picture of it. You should see all the notes I took. LOL

I have been wanting to post this echo but wanted to finish reading the tread first. I can't wait to plant for echoes next spring. Not many flowers here anymore.

Both these pics are the same area. NOID dwarf Iris and Balloon flower

Hopefully, next year I will be able to post more pictures of echoes in my yard.

So glad you enjoyed color echoes. Even on dreary days I spend working on my photo program, it's fun to spot them.

Hello all, it's been a while, but had to share this one.

In the foreground, Daylily 'Swirling Spider' is setting the stage. Right picking up both the yellow and red are Yarrow 'Terracotta'. The red again in the distant with Daylily 'Crimson Pirate'. And of course, there's all the green.

Great! Love the daylilies, yarrow and all the green that ties it all together. Such nice neat beds and the rockers look so perfect there.

in contrast to the nice neat beds and serene rockers, I offer "rust echo"

been attempting to coordinate better with my rocks...had a red rose here before and replaced it with this one
just lovely with the rusty truck in the background dontcha think

LOL Dirt, I love the rose and rock combo!

Here's an echo from today, rose Variegata di Bologna and clematis Cardinal Wyszynski that's just starting to bloom. I've waited several years to see this happen.
