I really am an early bird Jean! Hilarious! I'm almost always up around 5am. I've slowed down on the pots too lately and am off into other projects like the can flowers. This picture will either portray Fantasy Fun in the minds of some;.........or will be deemed an arrangement trainwreck by others~!!! Rolling on the floor laughing (Its in the "Clown Coral" pot I showed earlier)

Thankyou Bev! Lynn, I started them last Monday and put that paint/cement coat on yesterday. I thought it would be my last coat but the color when more dried today looked pink and gold. That was not what I was going for. So, I still need to figure out the paint part and drill holes. David the paint job on your pots is always fantastic. You make it look effortless. I was going for a copper color and got no where near that. Oh well, for the beginning of a learning curve it has not been to painful.lol
The weather here has been perfect for me working with concrete. Our summer would fry those pots in a day and not cure well. We live on a hill with high winds. All this week has been kind of drizzle and light rain, and no wind. Even the thinnest pots are very strong.

I like her little face. I have some silk giant sunflowers I was thinking about dipping in concrete. Not sure if it will work , but the flowers are just sitting in my shed collecting dust, so why not.
